Muscle electrostimulation with EMSculpt NEO for toning and fat loss

What is electrostimulation?

Electrostimulation is a technique that uses electrical impulses to cause muscle contraction. It is often used in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports training to strengthen muscles, improve blood circulation and relieve pain.

Electrostimulation involves applying electrodes to the surface of the skin over the muscles you want to stimulate. The electrical impulses mimic the body’s neural signals, causing the muscles to contract and relax.

EMSCULPT NEO is an innovative aesthetic treatment that uses electro-stimulation with radiofrequency to tone the body and reduce localized fat.

How does muscle electrostimulation work with EMSculpt?

EMSculpt NEO is an innovative electrostimulation treatment and one of the most effective for muscle toning and fat loss.

It is a state-of-the-art body remodeling treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic waves (HIFEM+) to stimulate muscle contraction, as well as radiofrequency to eliminate fat and improve skin texture.

By opting for electrostimulation treatment at the Living Clinic, you will have access to the best electrostimulation equipment on the market worldwide (from the BTL brand) and a highly specialized team that will customize the treatment according to your specific needs.

The EMSculpt NEO treatment is 100% safe, effective and FDA-approved.

Electrostimulation with EMSculpt NEO

Where on the body can electrostimulation be applied?

Normally, electrostimulation with EMSculpt NEO is applied to the abdominal area, buttocks, legs or arms.

Does electrostimulation lose weight?

Electro-stimulation with EMSculpt NEO is promoted as an option for improving muscle definition and reducing body fat in specific areas. However, it is important to understand that EMSculpt NEO is not a solution for significant weight loss.

The main aim of EMSculpt NEO is to build muscle and reduce localized fat in the treated areas.

This treatment induces intense, involuntary muscle contractions, while at the same time raising the temperature in the fat layer, breaking down the fat cells. Although this can lead to a slight reduction in the circumference of the treated area and an improvement in muscle tone, EMSculpt NEO is not the most suitable treatment for slimming.

If you are looking for a slimming treatment, book an assessment appointment at the Living Clinic so that we can analyze your specific case and recommend the most suitable treatment.

Contraindications to electrostimulation

Although Emsculpt NEO is extremely safe and effective, there are some contraindications to the treatment. It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with metal implants/prostheses in their bodies, people with heart problems, epilepsy or other medical conditions that could be aggravated by electromagnetic wave therapy.

Does electrostimulation really work?

Yes. EMSCUPT NEO (a combination of electrostimulation and radiofrequency) has shown consistency in eliminating fat and/or building muscle in seven recent clinical studies. In addition, 30 scientific publications make HIFEM the most intensively researched body sculpting technology since its introduction in 2018 (source: BTL official website).

The effectiveness of the treatment has also already been approved by the FDA.

How many sessions are needed?
