Eng. Diana Vieira holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP).

For more than 15 years, she was part of the Dr. Eurico de Almeida Medical Clinics, where she carried out various support functions within the medical services and assumed coordination responsibilities in the field of aesthetics. This multidisciplinary experience allowed her to gain a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, as well as strong expertise in the management and implementation of advanced aesthetic treatments.

In the following years, Eng. Diana Vieira deepened her dedication to CoolSculpting, obtaining the Allergan Certified Specialist certification. Her extensive hands-on experience made her one of the Portuguese professionals with the highest level of know-how in this area, recognised for her safe treatment approach and the consistent results she delivered to Living Clinic clients.

After several years coordinating non-invasive treatments at Living Clinic, she now serves as Director of the Group, which includes Living Clinic, Douro Centro Médico and Clínica ORL. In her leadership role, she guides multidisciplinary teams, ensures high standards of quality, and promotes the continuous improvement of the services provided.

Management of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with clinical standards and an effective response to patient needs.

Close support and coordination of medical and non-medical teams, promoting collaboration, continuous training and performance improvement.

Definition, updating and oversight of internal protocols and best practices to ensure safety, accuracy and consistency in all services provided.

Continuous evaluation of workflows, patient pathways and service experience, promoting improvements that enhance overall quality across the clinics.

Participation in the design and expansion of new services, technologies and clinical areas, aligning innovation with operational and clinical sustainability.
