Intervention Areas

  • Otoplasty is the surgery performed to correct the exaggerated removal of the auricular pavilions from the head. The greater the deviation angle, the situation is more notorious. Most of these surgeries are performed on children, but there are also adults who want an aesthetic improvement of this type of deformity. In children, this surgery must be performed before entering primary school, thus avoiding potential situations that generate anxiety, such as bullying. The scar is almost imperceptible because it is located at the back of the ear.

  • Blepharoplasty rejuvenates the upper and lower eyelids through excision of skin and fat, which can be performed with or without scarring. The excess of skin and the “chats” transmit an image of tiredness and an age higher than the real one. With this surgery, harmonization of this fundamental aesthetic unit of the face is achieved. For best results and in selected cases, blepharoplasty can be performed simultaneously with a frontal facelift or facelift.

  • The facelift allows complete rejuvenation of the face and neck, achieved by excising the skin and repositioning the deep layers. It is often associated with fat grafts, thus allowing the lost volume to be restored, especially on the cheekbones. The scar around the ear is easily camouflaged and generally barely noticeable after a few months.
  • Breast augmentation aims to improve the shape and volume of the breast by placing a prosthesis through a small incision. It is one of the surgeries most frequently performed by Plastic Surgeons.

  • The reduction mammoplasty allows the reduction of the volume and weight of the breast, relieving complaints such as cervical and lumbar pain, marks caused by the bra straps and inflammations at the level of the infra-mammary fold. In addition to resolving these complaints, an important aesthetic improvement is achieved.

  • Mastopexy aims to correct the “fall” of the breasts, known as breast ptosis. It is usually associated with breast enlargement during pregnancy, significant weight loss and aging. Its correction consists of the removal of excess skin, and this technique can be combined with the placement of a prosthesis. A pronounced aesthetic improvement is achieved.

  • Correction of gynecomastia consists of excision of the male breast in excess, usually by liposuction and / or through a scar at the bottom of the areola. In the postoperative period, the use of a compressive band is essential. Lymphatic drainage is also recommended.

  • Abdominoplasty consists of excision of skin and excess fat in the lower abdomen, together with the repositioning of the rectus abdominis muscles, achieving a marked improvement in body contour. It can be associated with liposuction.

  • Liposuction consists of the aspiration of areas of unwanted fat through small incisions, in order to reshape the body contour. This fat can be placed in deficient areas, such as the buttocks. It is the most frequent plastic surgery and its demand continues to increase.

  • The arm lift, also known as brachyplasty, allows a rejuvenation of the arms through the excision of skin and excess fat. It can be associated with liposuction.

  • The thigh lift, also known as cruroplasty, allows a rejuvenation of the thighs through the excision of skin and excess fat. It can be associated with liposuction.

  • The body-lift is a circumferential procedure, in which excess skin and fat is removed at the level of the abdomen and back, sometimes associated with enlarged buttocks. It is generally indicated in cases of significant weight loss and allows for significant improvements in body contour, not only on the abdomen but also on the back, buttocks and thighs.

In recent years, there has been an increase in interest in female intimate surgery, with the enlargement of the small lips being the most frequently found alteration. This situation, in addition to the aesthetic effect, can also cause discomfort during sexual intercourse and when exercising, as well as discomfort in the use of tight clothes. Nymphoplasty, also known as labiaplasty, consists of reducing the size and repositioning of the labia minora.
