What is Lanluma?
Lanluma is an innovative collagen biostimulator developed to treat signs of aging such as wrinkles, sagging skin, and cellulite (with Lanluma V), and to enhance body shape and volume, especially in the buttocks (with Lanluma X). It is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a biodegradable polymer, poly-L-lactic acid, which stimulates the skin’s natural collagen production, delivering progressive and long-lasting results.
What is it for?
Lanluma is indicated for patients who wish to reduce wrinkles, sagging skin, and/or cellulite in various areas of the face/body, or to add volume to certain body areas, such as the buttocks. In general, Lanluma is effective for treating:
Wrinkles and fine lines;
Sagging skin on the thighs, arms, abdomen, and buttocks;
Cellulite, especially in areas such as the thighs and buttocks;
Buttock filling and lifting, providing a more defined and harmonious contour.
How does it work?
The Lanluma procedure involves injecting the product into the desired areas, where it acts as a biostimulator, promoting collagen regeneration.
Collagen stimulation: Once applied, Lanluma stimulates fibroblasts, the cells responsible for collagen production. Over time, this results in firmer, more elastic skin with improved texture.
Progressive results: The first signs of improvement are visible about one month after application, especially for sagging skin and cellulite treatments. For buttock augmentation, preliminary volumizing results can be noticed almost immediately.
Durability: Lanluma’s effects can last, on average, 24 months, depending on each patient’s individual characteristics and the treated area.

Recovery and aftercare
Recovery after Lanluma treatment is quick, allowing patients to resume daily activities almost immediately. However, some care is recommended:
Avoid sun exposure: For the first 48 hours after treatment, avoid direct sun exposure on the treated areas;
Physical activities: Avoid intense exercise in the first few days after the procedure.
